No commute, access to all your favourite treats, relaxing workstations (aka couches) and more. Everyone is surrounded by comfortable amenities while they work. Employees have gotten used to - and enjoy - working from home.
How can you keep them happy and productive when they’re asked to return to the office?
Well, there isn’t a whole lot we can do about the commute, but we can make working from work feel as close to working from home as possible.
How? Give Work Life: Infuse the joy of everyday life into the office.
Everybody has things in their home that make the space theirs. From knick-knacks to quick snacks, there is no denying that the home office environment is an easy one to feel comfortable in.
We want to shift work culture perceptions and make the transition back to the office as smooth as possible for workers while showing them their comfort and productivity needs will be met. The office is no longer boring and sterile. It is comfortable, relaxing, fun and joyful – sounds pretty sweet!
Grand and Toy wanted to Give Work Life and wanted us to bring the campaign to life. Our comprehensive campaign included everything: social strategy, creative direction, UX/UI engineering, photography, social media management, design and execution.
