The client

Givex operates behind the scenes to keep businesses ahead of the game. They work with retailers and restaurants so customers coming back through omnichannel point-of-sale, gift card, loyalty program and stored value ticketing solutions.

Basically, they make life easier for businesses and customers alike.

The problem

Businesses tend to think they know what customers want. Sometimes, they are wrong — which is how we ended up with X instead of Twitter. We needed businesses to step into the shoes of the consumer to really understand their needs while standing out from the crowd.

Of course, it goes without saying that it had to look good, too.

The solution

It is one thing for businesses to try to think like a consumer. But there’s no substitute for the real thing, right?

We put businesses into the shoes of a consumer with a large, disruptive booth featuring a café serving delicious drinks and interactive informational pods. The graphic panels were tailored to maximize impact, demonstrating Givex’s superior product offerings across a variety of fields.

The execution

We created a redesigned set of corporate collateral, including brochures, magazines, digital interactive PDFs and a responsive, digital, web-like experience. On top of that, we provided creative direction and designed the booth to showcase Givex at the Retail Technology Show 2024, right down to the mock coffee shop.

We left the barista-ing to the professionals, though.
